Re: I R Edwards Installations Ltd

It is with considerable regret that the remaining director of I R Edwards Installations Ltd ( "the company" ) has to advise that due to continuing financial problems they are unable to continue trading.

The director has taken advice and on the basis that the company is unable to pay all of its creditors as and when the debt falls due, it must be considered insolvent. The director has carefully considered that advice and has come to the conclusion that there is no prospect of that position changing and in order to protect creditors the director has caused the company to cease to trade immediately and has advised all known creditors accordingly.

Unfortunately neither the company nor its director have funds available to pay for a Creditors Voluntary Winding Up and therefor creditors are invited to petition for the winding up of the company on the grounds of its insolvency.
All further correspondance should be sent to the company's registered office of 2a Goring Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 4AJ.

In the event that a Winding Up Petition is not presented in the next 60 days, steps will be taken to apply for the company to be struck from the Register Of Companies at Companies House.
